Some recent research has highlighted that academic staff often will not reply to any suggestions made in the review completed automated email due to the 'noreply@' email address as it leads them to believe their message won't be received by anyone (even though this is not true). It would be nice if we could alter this slightly to an email they either recognise, or at least not a 'noreply' one. Or, if we could alter the automated message to make it clear that they can reply.
