Suggestion is to keep a copy of the text entered into the 'Complete Review' pop-up, either via the Review itself, or by providing an option for it to be emailed to a secondary email account in the process.
We have a number of staff who work in the Reviews area and it would be helpful for anyone to be able to see what previous communication has happened with the academic staff member requesting the review.
