I would like to customize the reply address from messages of the Talis application to our own institute's email address . The reply address is now noreply@talisaspire.com, but our docents and students have no idea what talisaspire is, so they don't recognize the address or the message disappears into the spambox
We support this one at the University of Nottingham and agree with the comments from Andrew below. In particular for review completion emails that go out to academics, library staff who have completed the reviews receive any feedback from academics. This can cause confusion and it would be better if we could change the noreply email address to a team email so that all enquiries are then dealt with via established enquiry routes. Many thanks
This is somethin we have mentioned also, as it would be really useful when sending out review completion notes to have the Team's email address as the sender.
Also slightly amusing that the noreply@talisaspire.com email address can be replied to, and the email (in the case of review completion notes) is sent to whoever completed the review.
