include all fields in the List Edit Details in the All Lists report

All fields in the List Edit Details (screenshot attached) are included in the All Lists report except 2:

1. Description

2. Internal Note

Both of these fields would be beneficial if included in the All Lists report.

I know there is another idea for including the Internal Note in the All Lists reports, but including all the data from this List Details pop-up would be ideal.

We have academics who use the list description in interesting ways and we like to maintain an eye on it which requires us to manually open and check each list for a description.
