Within the All Reviews Interface, where you have the drop-down menu to filter by "Assigned to", when you select filter "Assigned to anyone" this includes unassigned reviews.
It would be helpful if you could filter in such a way to view only the lists which are currently assigned to users (i.e. being worked on by your team at any given time).
