Changing Filters so importances and online/physical status can be combined

When checking over reading lists at the start of the year, one thing we often want to check is whether all the Essential reading on a given list is available online.

At the moment, we can't easily do this using the Filters option, as both the Importances filter and the Online resource/Physical resource filter are on the same menu. We have to filter to, say, Essential and then scroll down (sometimes a long list) looking for Essential items that don't have a VIEW ONLINE option.

It would save time if these two filters were on separate menus, so that we could filter to "Essential items that are Physical resources" and make sure that those items also have online access.

We could do this globally from the All Lists report, but in terms of our workflow we only realistically do this checking when reviewing individual lists, so would prefer to be able to do it in the List view.
