Creating private lists

We would like to have the ability to make lists completely private. They should not be searchable in the Talis search but should still be found by the creator in the BlackBoard LTI. Faculty would like to be able to keep their lists completely private from everyone including all other faculty, so it is not searchable and no one else can see it unless they share a permalink. Many consider their list to be their work, especially if they have annotated the material for students.

We have some faculty who will not use the product because of this.

Some list are also not meant for sharing publicly or are not used for teaching purpose. So ensuring that lists meant only for a certain few, are not shared with the entire institution would be best.
