We have feedback from an academic: I have spent more than 1 hour to try to add a book portion (NOT a whole chapter) and still could not add it. So, we would like to see an option to add book portion (as a new resource type) with multiple page ranges (might be from different chapters).
Also, some academics have found the two tabs for journal/conference articles are confusing. Is it possible to combine the information into one tab?

We will not be adding page range as new resource types this year. (Stay tuned for 4 other new resource types announced in December).
However I have marked your idea as "planned" because we have new designs for the edit new or existing bookmark screens which should solve your second idea around wholes and parts. Please stay tuned for upcoming newsletter and/or product update webinar for more information!
