add a button in review which allow the review to forward via email or form function all the metadata fields from the list item out of the system

We don't want to integrate DCM fully but see that some of the elements would be highly beneficial to efficiencies in the system, specifically the ability to data transfer information/list items out of a list to be passed to other either in other systems or email, removing the need perform copy and pasting out of the system.

I would like to propose the additional of an email out button for list items (and lists) where it would grab the information of the list item and list and link and transfer that data via email. This button would be within review and would mean that the information we need to pass on could be sent to people without the roles and permissions to access review.
