ISSN lookup when bookmarking

Would it be possible to add ISSN as a lookup when bookmarking a resource? While using a DOI is great for articles, there currently is no way to do a lookup for whole journals which academics may want to direct students to. Having the ability to bookmark a journal homepage using an ISSN lookup would be very useful.
