Add a 'Report Incorrect Citation' button

We have a "Report broken link" button, could there be a "Report incorrect citation" button also?

Update: We have been working to correct the metadata of list items so lists generate accurate citations when the 'citation style' function is applied. In doing so, we are modelling academic integrity and best practice to students. However, sometimes we may get the metadata wrong --- such as missing an author or an incorrect page number.

We thought it could be useful to have a 'report incorrect citation' button, so if a student notices an error, they could let us know to fix it. (We do not expect our academics to edit list items metadata, only librarians).
