Be able to promote key e-resources in a box, in the empty white space in a list

For example, in the empty white border to the right of a Talis reading list. This would be useful to help encourage students to use certain subject specific research databases like Embase and also multidisciplinary databases such as Scopus, where we want to improve usage of these resources. Also, it would help make students aware of resources that they may not have engaged with yet, but that would aid their research and learning.
