Once the digitisation is live, the requester receives an email notification. If we need to improve PDF quality to meet disability needs and upload a better-quality version, the requester receives another email indicating the digitisation is live again. Both email notifications are identical, causing confusion for users. The majority of our TADC requests are placed by academics rather than library staff.
We would like to prevent users from receiving a notification after we upload a new version.
