Add a 'Newest Edition' label to Books/Chapters based on metadata

Currently, if we want to indicate a Book/Chapter is the newest edition, we need to communciate this through Notes.

It would be very useful if Books/Chapters were automatically tagged with a 'Newest edition' label based on their metadata.

This would unclutter our 'Notes to students', enabling them to be entirely focused on reading guidance.

This would also make it clear to list creators if their books are the latest edition or not, reassuring them of resource currency or prompting them to update.
