Better bookmarking from institutional and research repositories

We have noticed that if someone is trying to bookmark from institutional repositories, the bookmarking extension recognises them as a webpage if I can bookmark it at all. We feel that it would be beneficial to be able to point academics to repositories for bookmarking given OA green access. We are aware that many of the repository softwares use DC format for the files in the background and since many places use the same one, sorting it for one would sort it for many.
