Currently we are not able to identify Engage uploaded documents within review - like digitised extracts they do not have their online box ticked and there's a possibility they will be passed for potential purchase. If tagged/flagged within review (in the same way digitised resources are), this will ensure these items are not treated as resources for potential purchase.
It's also a flag to library staff (in addition to the reports) to check and ensure the resource is copyright compliant.
