Can Talis please recognise '&' and 'and' as one and the same?

Hi team,

This may've been raised before but would it please be possible for Talis to understand the word 'and' and the ampersand symbol '&' are interchangeable? (Like an 'OR' boolean operator?) If not, is it possible for Talis not to translate '&' to '&' or '& amp;'? This makes searching in the Review module difficult.
