The yellow "Unpublished changes!" warning bar is a great idea in theory, but when list editors scroll down a long list, it quickly disappears from view. We still get huge numbers of lists inadvertently left by academics with unpublished changes (we know this because we run a report every semester to pick them up and query them, and 9/10 of lecturers we contact say they were not still working on the list and just didn't realise they hadn't published).
The yellow warning bar needs to be pinned so that, like the Table of Contents bar, it is always visible at the top of the screen.
Hi all,
I'm happy to update that the works on the always visible publish/request review buttons is now finished. Thank you so much for all your feedback and ideas in regards to it, it's been immensely helpful. We will be evaluating the changes after a year.

Hi both, work to make the publish button visible when scrolling is currently in development and will be available soon. Best, the Product Team
I also suggested this back in September 2023: https://technologyfromsage02.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PROD-I-311
Can this please be prioritised instead of the development of new features?
