To be able to Create a bespoke 'Archive' Message for lists for your Tenancy

The current Archive message and colour means any users accessing are assuming they cannot access an archived list.

If your VLE set-up allows students to maintain access to all the modules they study on their course year on year then you have to decide whether to rollover and archive lists every year or to maintain live lists against multiple time periods which will grow exponentially every year.

We want to archive, leaving lists linked via LTI to previous years of modules BUT the message and colour has definitely been a barrier to students accessing, especially as it also says there is a later or newer version available which we know may be fundamentally different. We'd like to be able to rewrite/rebrand what students can see.
